Reduced ENFIA Property Tax For Greek Hotels, Rooms-To-Let

The new unified property tax (ENFIA) for all of Greece's tourist accommodation establishments will be calculated at a reduced rate, the Greek Tourism Ministry announced on 18 September after working with the Finance Ministry on the matter.
