The Poseidonion Grand Hotel, located on the island of Spetses in the Saronic Gulf, has reopened its doors to welcome its guests for the summer season.

The hotel has announced new partnerships and high-quality services that focus on hospitality, gastronomy, wellness and culture.

“The emblematic hotel has reopened its doors to mark the start of the summer season with many surprises for its visitors… Upgraded services, new collaborations and activities promise an unforgettable hospitality experience in a completely safe environment,” the hotel’s announcement said.

The Pine Estate

Το Poseidonion Grand Hotel recently introduced its guests to The Pine Estate, a traditional villa located in the area of Agia Marina, providing holidaymakers with peace and privacy, as well as upscale custom-made services by Poseidonion.

Surrounded by an area of unique natural beauty featuring pines and olive trees, The Pine Estate’s main residence includes five rooms with private bathrooms, a beautiful garden and the infinity pool.

The property also features an independent guest house that can host up to two persons.

The Pine Estate offers access to a private beach.

New gastronomy experiences

The Poseidonion Grand Hotel, this year has welcomed chef Theologos Amiras as the Executive Chef of its restaurants.

Theologos has worked for seven years as head chef of the Nice n Easy Group’s restaurants and SantAnna Mykonos. Together with Sous Chef Alexandros Sorovigas, he has curated the new menus of Poseisonion’s restaurants: the Library Brasserie, On the Verandah, the Bostani and Palms Bar by Mr.Fox The Bar.

“With emphasis on fresh ingredients from the hotel’s Bostani and local producers, the menus include contemporary creative combinations of dishes with rich flavors and distinctive character,” the hotel said.

Meanwhile, the Palms Bar on the hotel’s veranda, this summer has welcomed the team of Athens’ Μr.Fox The Bar and its exceptional list of signature cocktails and spirits curated by Panos Kanatsoulis.

Delicious drinks are combined with foodie elements and special techniques for a unique cocktail experience under the stars.

The bar bites created by Theologos Amiras and his team include the spicy edamame, zucchini falafel, sea bass tiradito and uramaki rolls.

In addition, Poseidonion’s guests can also enjoy special flavors by the sea at the restaurant of Paradise Beach in the area of Agia Marina.

Chef Tasos Boufis has created a menu of Greek dishes and international flavors with a contemporary twist, using biological products from the farm of Paradise beach.

The menu also features fresh fish and sushi.

Wellness and beauty

As every year, the guests of Poseidonion Grand Hotel will have the opportunity to enjoy the services of its Idolo Spa.

Visitors can relax by the pool, choose among a collection of massage treatments adjusted to their needs or enjoy a wide range of beauty services by experienced professionals at the Hair & Beauty Salon.
