According to Hapimag, the apartments are currently booked until mid-November, with an occupancy rate of 88.5 percent.

Moreover, the resort’s public areas and the furnishing of the main building were also completely remodeled and modernized.

There is an enlarged swimming pool and a well thought-out gastronomy concept with restaurant, deli shop and snack and pool bar. The new concept of the main building is intended to promote better direct contact with the guests and bring the service performance to perfection.

“Hard work, dedication, determination, motivation, perseverance, patience and passion are needed to achieve something special. And all this again to preserve that special something,” Hapimag CEO Hassan Kadbi said during a special event held for the resort’s opening.

Hapimag has been operating the Porto Heli resort for over 30 years. Together with Athens and Damnoni (Crete), it is one of three Hapimag resorts in Greece where the company offers over 300 holiday apartments in total.

In addition, sustainable development is a key priority for Hapimag. The company has adopted practices aimed at reducing negative environmental impact and highlighting local characteristics and local cultural value.
