The Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS) has appointed Bond Events to exclusively manage the Premium Registration and Hospitality Program of the 35th “Athens Marathon. The Authentic”, which is scheduled to take place on November 12 in Athens.
Based in Athens, Bond Events is an event planning company that specializes in various events including business and travel.
The premium program is addressed to runners participating in the 42 km Marathon Race and Power Walking; the 10 km Road Race and the 5 km Road Race Morning. It aims to enhance the travel experience of the runners and their companions and provide them with information on Athens and the city’s its history, culture and gastronomy.
It includes a premium race registration with exclusive privileges for runners before during and after the race: guaranteed race entry even after race entries have run out; guaranteed allocation in the second starting block; an exclusive hospitality spot in Marathon for registered runners with facilities and services such as runner baggage delivery, WC, power food and drinks, catering, etc.; and a runner’s kit delivery at the participant’s hotel room.
The program also provides participants with an invitation to attend the Awards Ceremony dinner organized by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and the SEGAS on Friday, November 10 (transfer included), as well as an invitation to the Athens Marathon Opening Ceremony.
Moreover, the program includes accommodation at four- and five-star hotels, tours in the Greek capital, visits to archaeological sites and museums, lunches and dinners on the Athenian Riviera, a full day tour in Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidavros, gastronomy tours and other events.
