Made in Greece Awards: Domaine Porto Carras Honored For Rural Excellence

Domaine Porto Carras in Halkidiki was honored with the “Rural Excellence” award at the recent “Made in Greece” awards ceremony held in Athens.
The Greek Marketing Academy established the Made in Greece awards to acknowledge and reward the most efficient businesses, organizations, associations and individual efforts that have achieved an outstanding performance to create a productive basis and to place an added value for Greek economy.
Thus, the motto of the event is “We reward production, we highlight Greece.”
The awards concern businesses and organizations operating within Greece, where the quality, innovation, outward orientation and dynamic of brand local products, secure sustainable development and prosperity of their industries.
“We are proud that Domaine Porto Carras promotes those concepts, philosophy, principles and this is successfully recognized by Marketing experts,” Domaine Porto Carras said in an announcement.
Domaine Porto Carras is the largest organic Greek vineyard with total area 4.750 acres and considered a highly popular Enotourism (wine tourism) travel destination.
The vineyards of Domaine Porto Carras are located on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece.
