New Greek Government Announced, Tourism Posts Unchanged

Following the parliamentary elections in Greece on September 20 that were marked by the victory of left-wing party Syriza, the new cabinet and changes to the composition of ministries were announced late Tuesday.

Greek Alternate Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura.

Elena Kountoura has remained at her post as Greece’s Alternate Tourism Minister.

In regards to the tourism portfolio, Minister Giorgos Stathakis and Alternate Minister Elena Kountoura retained their posts.

The new cabinet is expected to be sworn in on Wednesday at 10:30 am.
