Greek opposition leader Alexis Tsipras said that if elected, SYRIZA's tourism policy would focus on boosting domestic tourism, enhancing the quality of special and alternative tourism forms and supporting small and medium tourism enterprises.
The draft bill for Greek tourism was voted in principle in the Parliament’s summer session on 23 July. The bill aims to improve the quality and identity of the national tourism product and is investment friendly.
