Corfu to Feature in New Jet2holidays – ITV Talent Show
The Greek island of Corfu will be featuring this month in the UK-wide search to find the future musical theater stars of musical MAMMA MIA! as part of a new initiative by leisure travel group Jet2holidays to promote its package tours to Greece.
Dubbed “MAMMA MIA! I Have a Dream”, the theatrical competition to be seen by 65 million people around the world, is an eight-part series due to launch on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player this month.
The entertainment show will see competitors travel to Corfu and go through a series of challenges, masterclasses, and performances in an attempt to become the next stars of the musical production MAMMA MIA!.
The goal of the partnership, Jet2holidays said, is to showcase the wide choice of Greek destinations the company operates and to demonstrate why booking a package holiday to Greece with Jet2holidays is worth it.
In the meantime, Jet2holidays’ promo actions will include weekly competitions and giveaways offering a seven-night holiday to Greece. Every week while the show is on the air, Jet2holidays will be giving away a holiday to one of the following Greek destinations: Skiathos, Kos, Rhodes, Halkidiki, Corfu, Crete (Chania), Crete (Heraklion) and the Peloponnese.
Other prizes include tickets to the “MAMMA MIA! I Have a Dream” final in London’s West End.
In summer 2024, Jet2holidays will be operating flights from 11 UK locations to 14 destinations in Greece. As part of the partnership, the show’s contestants flew out to Corfu to film the series with Jet2.com.
