Specifically, according to an announcement by Lampsa SA, a bonus of 1,000 euros will be issued to all associates, without exception and in every department, as a reward for “the vigorous efforts they make daily” to ensure the highest quality of hospitality services and “for mastering the pressure” of the high season.
“This action comes in response to the massive complimentary comments and thank you messages that the hotels’ general managers receive every day by guests, while the hotel occupancies reach 100 percent,” Lampsa said in its announcement.
Lampsa said that it rewards its associates for their ethics, performance and high level of professionalism and recognises that its people are undoubtedly the strongest point of excellence of the three properties within the Athenian hotel industry for so many years with historic Hotel Grande Bretagne as the company’s flagship.”
