Ryanair to Connect Corfu with Kyiv and Zagreb in Summer 2022

Ryanair on Friday announced two additional routes to Greece’s Summer 2022 schedule that will connect the island of Corfu with Ukraine and Croatia.

More specifically, the airline will launch a new route connecting Corfu with Kyiv once weekly and another linking Corfu with Zagreb twice weekly. The new routes will both launch from June 2022.

According to Ryanair, the opening of the new routes reinforces the airline’s commitment to Greece and the rebuilding of the country’s tourism industry, playing a key role in the recovery of local jobs and the economy.

“We are pleased to add these new routes as part of Greece’s summer 2022 schedule, offering our customers even more amazing European destinations to choose from when planning their long-awaited summer holidays,” said Ryanair’s Director of Commercial, Jason McGuinness.

He added that Ryanair added over 560 new routes and opened 15 bases throughout the last 12 months and is now looking ahead to summer 2022 and the addition of 65 new B737-8200 “Gamechanger” aircraft to its fleet, which offer 4 percent more seats, 16 percent less fuel and a 40 percent reduction in noise emissions.

Ryanair has launched a seat sale at low fares for travel on the two routes, which must be booked by midnight Sunday, December 5, on the Ryanair.com website.
