Epoque Collection Opens New Luxury Boutique Hotels in Greece

Greece’s hospitality sector this spring will welcome the opening of new luxury properties included in the portfolio of Epoque Collection, a new luxury boutique hotel management company.

Epoque Collection’s portfolio includes meticulously selected hospitality properties that offer the pinnacle of luxurious Greek holiday experiences – from gastronomy to wellness – in the most desirable destinations.

“Foreseeing a gap in the high-end market in Greece, we created a unique hospitality philosophy within hotels found in both sought after and less discovered destinations,” Epoque Collection Founder & CEO Dimos Stasinopoulos said.

Based in Kifisia, the company provides extensive expertise on Operations Management, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management & Yield Strategies, Asset Management, Advisory Management, Food & Beverage Consultancy and White Label management.

“Our dream is to showcase an authentic, tailor made and unforgettable experience for each and every single guest that visits our properties leaving a mark in each destination,” Stasinopoulos added.

This spring, Epoque Collection will open a lush private island oasis hotel on the Greek island of Santorini, which boasts iconic shimmering, blue Mediterranean vistas; a Mansion House, right in the heart of Athens’ sophisticated northern suburbs; and a neoclassical city centre hotel.

OMMA Santorini

Located on a secluded hilltop on one of Greece’s most popular island destinations, OMMA Santorini is the first hotel to join the Epoque Collection portfolio and will officially open in early May 2021, following a soft launch in 2019.

The boutique property, which offers spellbinding 360-degree sparkling sea views of both the Caldera and the Aegean Sea and mesmerising sunsets, is an exclusive getaway for guests desiring discrete luxury and exceptional personalised services.

OMMA Santorini has only 25 intimate rooms and suites. Five discreet villas with private pools and sea views are set in 5,000 square meters of unspoilt landscape. At the centre of the hotel is the extraordinary double level signature infinity pool which overlooks the Caldera and is one of the largest pools on the whole island.

Kefalari Suites

The second hotel opening of the Epoque Collection in May is Kefalari Suites, an elegant quintessential 19th century Athenian mansion that has been transformed into luxurious guest house suites, offering privacy, exquisite services and modern business amenities.

The property is located in Kefalari, a peaceful and sophisticated area of the northern suburb of Kifissia, just a 10-minute drive from the Maroussi business center and 40 minutes from the center of Athens.

Kefalari Suites has 13 rooms and suites and two award winning restaurants. The property offers private club services for the modern business traveller, couples and neighbourhood elite, providing a place where one can gather for a light snack or work and rest comfortably in between meetings.

New opening in Athens

Epoque Collection has also announced an exquisite gastronomic hotel experience from a well-known and respected restaurant brand in the heart of Athens city centre to open soon. More details about the new hotel opening will be announced in April.

Aiming to establish itself in the market as one of the most reliable and constantly evolving hotel management companies in Greece, the Epoque Collection’s strategy focuses on a series of projects that are underway on Greece’s islands, but also on the mainland.

Besides providing extensive expertise on many aspects of hotel management, the company also offers add-ons, according to the needs of hotel owners, to assist them with an overall evaluation of the operations of their units, in order to identify the areas that need improvement.
