After reviewing current data of the health [Covid-19] crisis in Greece, which shows that the country has the lowest amount of cases among EU member-states, the owners and the general manager of Elia Ermou Athens decided for the hotel to reopen next month.
“We are in the process of undertaking all the necessary protection measures, according to the new hygiene rules, in order to ensure the safety of our guests and staff… We will be ready to welcome them and provide the best Greek hospitality,” an announcement by the hotel said.
The four-star Elia Ermou Athens first opened its doors in 2018. Located near central Syntagma Square, it features 123 rooms and nine suites – many overlooking the Acropolis – with state-of-the-art technology amenities including wifi, and private jacuzzis.
The hotel’s facilities also include an ultra-modern spa, the Athens View Balcon restaurant and all-day bar on the top floor, a patio bar and the Elia Bistro, parking spaces and three mutlifuncational halls with natural lighting.
