More specifically, Reload’s new services offer:
- organizational support and active assistance in handling reservations and liaising with guests and tour operators in efforts to minimize business disruption – with respect to the World Health Organization’s and countries’ directives,
- movement of payments to future dates for hospitality partners,
- completing projects and preparing properties for the adoption of the right content, cancellation policies and rates,
- the temporary suspension of all campaigns (PPC, Facebook, etc.).
“We are always open to discussions with hotels and accommodation facilities in order to help them evaluate their online presence and prepare for the future, after the Covid-19 pandemic is over,” Yiorgos Yiannios added.
Reload was established in 2018 on Crete, with the aim to support hoteliers in their efforts to increase online direct reservations and sales. The company plans to further to develop services that will cover the needs of hotels.
