The five-star Kenshō Psarou, located on the popular Greek island of Mykonos, was named “Greece’s Leading Boutique Hotel” at the World Travel Awards 2019 Europe Gala Ceremony that was recently held in Madeira, Portugal.

The WTA are among the most prestigious awards of the global travel and tourism industry, aiming to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry.

“This distinction reflects our commitment to setting the highest standards of luxury. With your continued support, we guarantee that every guest has a unique experience,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.

The event’s Europe ceremony marked the fourth leg of the WTA Grand Tour 2019 – a search for the finest travel and tourism organizations in the world.

Located on the cosmopolitan sandy beach of Psarou, the five-star hotel is the newest property of Kenshō Boutique Hotel & Suites, offering luxury accommodation on the island of Mykonos. It includes 30 luxury rooms and suites, which were built based on the Cycladic architecture with local stone and aged wood, offering privacy and a stunning view to the sea. Deluxe accommodation comes with either outdoor jacuzzis or private plunge pools.

The five-star hotel was recently honored with three gold awards at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2019, as the Best Greek Design Resort; Best Greek New Boutique Resort, and Best Greek Hotel Dining Experience.
