Glion, Les Roches Join Forces with BCA College in Hospitality Education
The Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches Global Hospitality Education have signed an articulation agreement with Athens-based BCA College, opening new opportunities for hospitality students in Greece.
The announcement was made during a festive event, which was recently held at the BCA College new City Campus in Ambelokipi, Athens.
According to the agreement, after the completion of three years of study at BCA College in Greece, hospitality students will have the possibility to complete their final year of study at Les Roches’ or Glion’s campuses in Switzerland, Spain or London, and obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at preferred tuition fees.
Another option for BCA students is to study a semester abroad at Les Roches in Switzerland or Spain to gain international exposure and conduct an internship worldwide. Participating students will receive certification upon termination of the BBA or Study Abroad programs.
To further foster the connection of BCA College with the hotel industry, three Glion and Les Roches modules for executives’ education will be offered at BCA’s premises including subjects such as “Ownership Transition”, “Human Resources Management” and “F&B Management”. These courses will be geared specifically for industry professionals from Greece and Cyprus.
During the event, Regional Admissions Director of Les Roches and Glion Vana Saade offered information on the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
Furthermore, she presented the academic programs of Les Roches and Glion, while discussing the secrets of a successful career in a highly competitive field with BCA College hotel students. As she said, interest in high-quality travel and tourism services has grown swiftly, establishing a new “experience economy” where customized services create memorable experiences.
