The Creta Maris Beach Resort, located in Hersonissos on Crete, was recently awarded by its guests with the “Quality Award 2016”, in the “Staff Service” category, in recognition of its staff excellence.
According to a customer survey conducted by Jet2holidays, the Creta Maris Beach Resort scored high in customer satisfaction and received a positive feedback. Customers rated Creta Maris’ staff services as the best among all other participants, an announcement said.
The award was given by Tracy Lea, destination manager – Crete of Jet2holidays, to the resort’s management team.
Lea highlighted the high importance of the award and congratulated Creta Maris director Nikos Vlassiadis for the resort’s excellent management and staff.
The Creta Maris Beach Resort is part of the Metaxas Group of Companies and has been operating since 1975. It includes 680 rooms, suites and bungalows, six restaurants, seven bars, seven swimming pools, a gym, a hammam spa, the Asterias Children’s Club and spacious facilities for outdoor and indoor activities.
