Turkish Airlines Takes Part in Posidonia 2016 Shipping Expo in Greece
Turkish Airlines, the flag carrier of Turkey, participated with its own booth in Posidonia 2016, the world’s most prestigious shipping exhibition, that took place at the Athens Metropolitan Expo during June 6-10.

During the shipping exhibition, company executives welcomed visitors at Turkish Airlines booth and informed them about new destinations to Panama City, Atlanta, etc., the unique CIP Lounge at Ataturk Airport of Istanbul, Business Class benefits and Touristanbul service that gives them the opportunity to explore Istanbul instead of waiting at the airport for their connecting flight.
Visitors also had the chance to be informed on special cost-effective benefits of Turkish Corporate Club, which allows them to save costs on their business trips. Turkish Corporate Club is a corporate travel program that allows the passengers to save on business travel expenses.
Turkish Airlines “Flying Chef” offered all visitors the opportunity to taste traditional culinary delights, baklava, Turkish delight and dolmades (stuffed vine leafs).
Moreover, guests at the Turkish Airlines booth played in a quiz and took part in a big draw. All quiz participants won Turkish Airlines giveaways. The draw’s big winners won business class tickets by Turkish Airlines to Miami, Istanbul, Panama City and Manila.
Turkish Airlines flies to 289 destinations in 115 countries worldwide and has one of the youngest fleet with 322 aircrafts both for passengers and cargo.
Turkey’s flag carrier was awarded Best Airline in Europe for the fifth consecutive year at the 2015 Skytrax awards.
