Vouliagmeni Beach Opens for Summer 2015, Keeps Fees Steady

The organized Vouliagmeni Beach opened for the summer season and has opted to keep its entrance fees steady for the fifth year in a row.

Vouliagmeni Beach offers free beach umbrellas and sunbeds, sport facilities (tennis, basketball, volleyball and racquetball) and a mini playground. Services also include medical, lifeguard, lockers, WC/showers, disabled access & disabled WC, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The entrance fee is 4 euros per person for all seven days of the week. A reduced 3-euro admission ticket per person is available to students aged 6-18 years, large families (relative documentation required), the elderly over 65 years (ID or passport required), university students (student ID required), soldiers and the unemployed (unemployment card required).

Children up to 6 years of age, persons with disabilities (documentation required) and tourist group leaders are allowed free entrance.

Residents of Voula, Vari and Vouliagmeni pay a reduced 1,50-euro admission ticket on weekdays and 2 euros on weekends.

Vouliagmeni Beach is just off Poseidonos Avenue and located some 20 kilometers southeastern to the center of Athens, has opened for the summer.
