Amadeus BTI Agreement in Full Force
After the initial signing of a cooperation agreement between Amadeus Hellas and Business Travel International early this year, Amadeus quickly began to its new front office system and its Amadeus Vista within the BTI offices in Athens and Thessaloniki. At the same time, staff from BTI began training classes in the use of the Amadeus system.
Once all was completed successfully, the companies held a reception for employees of both companies, plus guests from BTI’s customer base, at an Athens luxury hotel. Also on hand was BTI’s general manager, Andrew Woodward, who presented the company’s latest developments on the international front.
BTI’s local management stressed their appreciation for the excellent cooperation with local Amadeus staff, especially those involved in the training of BTI staff. They also said that the agreement with Amadeus was part of their company’s strategy for its continued development and the continual improvement of client services.
