The European Commission is inviting Tourism destinations across Europe to submit their innovative practices of smart and sustainable tourism to become leading examples in European tourism.
Greece, during September 22-24, will celebrate European Cultural Heritage Days with free admission to state museums, archaeological sites and monuments.
The European Commission clarified that Greece had been referred to the European Court of Justice in February for failure to meet its obligations under the Single European Railway Area Directive.
