4. I want to be repatriated earlier. What should I do
Please address to your Embassy (https://www.mfa.gr/en/foreign-missions-in-greece.html) for guidance. Foreign Embassies are in direct contact with the local and national authorities to facilitate your return. Also please contact your tour operator to receive information about additional departure flights which are being currently added.
A dedicated Help Desk of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be operational as of Sunday 23rd of July at 5pm in the T1 terminal of Rhodes Airport.

5. I have a scheduled departure (by flight or by boat), but I do not have travel documents. What should I do?
You need to contact your Embassy which is responsible for issuing travel documents (https://www.mfa.gr/en/foreign-missions-in-greece.html). Then the Embassies will forward relevant data and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will facilitate early departures.
6. I am in urgent need of medication / I have serious health issues (incl. pregnant women, people with disabilities, seniors). Where can I find assistance?

7. I have extra days of lodging in Rhodes but was forced to evacuate my hotel. Will I be reimbursed?
- This is related to the insurance policy of your tour operator and your specific travel plan. The Greek government will provide further details on this issue after the end of the wildfires.
