Mar-Bella Collection, a family-owned Greek luxury hospitality brand, has announced the launch of its new branding and website.
With a remarkable legacy spanning three generations, Mar-Bella Collection remains dedicated to providing unparalleled holiday experiences for its guests.
It all started with Vassilis Dracopoulos senior, who fell in love with Corfu, and his vision of making the island the ideal destination for families to enjoy their holidays. As such, MarBella Corfu was born and over five decades later, it will now be known as MarBella – in honour of it being the original hotel and a trademark of what the company stands for today.
Mar-Bella Collection established its group name in 2018, to highlight the growth and success of the MarBella hotel on Corfu, and the launch of the brand’s second hotel in its portfolio, Nido. Today, a hyphen has been added between the words “Mar” and “Bella”, emphasising the special connection the brand and the hotels have to the Ionian Sea, the ‘good sea’ as the locals call it, whose deep blue waters restore and calm those who swim in it.
This new strategy exemplifies the brand’s commitment to highlighting the unique charm and allure of each property while celebrating their individual identity.
While seamlessly interconnected, each property possesses its own distinctive character, catering to discerning travellers who may be looking for a different type of holiday:
MarBella provides a premium all-inclusive experience catering to the modern multi-generational family; having also recently launched new rooms and suites as part of an extensive redesign of its bungalow buildings. Nido is an adult only hotel, offering a calm and elegant atmosphere, tailored for couples, friends and solo travellers. Elix, on the other hand, appeals to design enthusiasts, families and beach lovers seeking outdoor adventure and a more off-the-beaten-track destination.
The importance of family
From the initial vision of creating a place where families could spend their holidays, Mar-Bella Collection has grown to accommodate all family types, including partnerships, multiple family groups, boomerang families, single parents and more.
Indeed, family has always been deeply rooted in Mar-Bella Collection’s DNA; it is a family-owned hospitality group, that wishes to connect families from all over the world, offering peace of mind in a safe haven where everything is taken care of. Employees are treated as family and guests are very much part of the Mar-Bella Collection family.
Connection to each other and the Ionian Sea
Recognising the need for respite from the rigours of daily life, Mar-Bella Collection hotels offer an escape where guests can disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones. The hotels are connected by the Ionian Sea, enabling easy access between them. Guests can walk between Nido and MarBella or use a catamaran to reach Elix, providing flexibility in their accommodation choices.
Mar-Bella Collection remains committed to authenticity and forging genuine connections with guests. The brand values authentic experiences, prioritising exceptional service at every touchpoint. Dedicated to creating a positive impact on both guests and local communities, Mar-Bella Collection spearheads initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, environmental sustainability, and the wellbeing of its esteemed employees.
A new chapter
Relaunching, Mar-Bella Collection is proud to present its new website, with lifestyle imagery that aims to capture the desired moments when staying at one of their hotels. The introduction of new logos and colour palettes for MarBella, Nido, and Elix captures the essence and individual allure of each property within the Mar-Bella Collection; from vibrant and playful with MarBella and calm and sophisticated with Nido, to modern and adventurous with Elix.
“With an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional authentic holiday experiences, trustworthiness, and a drive for continuous improvement, Mar-Bella Collection stands proudly at the forefront of the Greek luxury hospitality industry,” the management of Mar-Bella Collection said.
