Ski Center ‘3-5 Pigadia’ Now Open for Guests
The 3-5 Pigadia Ski Center, a popular winter hotspot in Naoussa, northern Greece, opened its doors during the weekend and welcomed its first skiers of the winter season.
Following necessary maintenance works by the ski resort’s new management company, Oreinos Tourismos, skiers now have access to the three sliding lifts (S1, S2, S3) and the lift bar (S2).
According to Oreinos Tourismos, with the end of the winter season, works will be carried out to ensure the reopening and operation of all the resort’s facilities on a 12-month basis.
The 3-5 Pigadia Ski Center is located at an altitude of 1,430 – 2,005m on the west side of Mount Vermion, 103 km from Thessaloniki and 17km from Naoussa. It operates ski slopes of various levels of difficulty as well as six lifts (aerial, sliding and baby).
It also includes infrastructure for artificial snow.
The ski center opened its doors last Saturday after remaining closed for nearly two years due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
