Hospitality Management Company ‘homm’ Adds New Property in Voula to Portfolio

homm, a Greek hospitality management company that deals with vacation rentals and boutique hotels management, recently acquired a new property located in Voula, near the Athenian Riviera.
Named homm V96, the new property is a multi-family two-building complex that consists of 14 luxurious apartments.
Founded in 2004 by real estate expert Dimitris Rizos, homm’s portfolio consists of more than 200 properties that includes modern apartments, spacious villas and boutique & apart hotels.
Speaking to GTP Headlines, homm Managing Director Vagelis Arapis said the company’s performance in the post-Covid-19 environment saw occupancy up by 84 percent and profits higher than 2019 for the same period.

“Having more than 20,000 reviews in total and with 3,885 stays this year, homm’s reputation exceeds Greek borders, with leading foreign and Greek travel agencies recognizing the company as one of the biggest accounts in Europe,” said Arapis, adding that the company aims to “light up the way to the new era of hospitality management”.

Other hotels added in 2020 to homm’s portfolio in Athens include Stay homm Miltiadou Urban Luxury Suites in Monastiraki and homm Trikoupi Residence, on Harilaou Trikoupi Street.
Booking platform
homm has also created its own booking platform for exclusive properties, hotels and villas in Greece.
“Through our platform, owners can enjoy the benefits of homm’s 28,000 direct clients data base,” Arapis said.
All interested owners can register and upload their property on homm’s platform, provided that it is fully renovated and meets all the necessary standards for hosting guests in the areas where the company operates.
“Our easy to use, fast and functional reservation system, is a unique tool in the hands of every user that wants to discover special properties with top features and book them easily from the comfort of his home,” Arapis added.
homm’s digital marketing strategy includes Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Audience Network, Youtube Ads and offline marketing actions.
