Autohellas Announces New Digital Services

Autohellas-Hertz, a leading company in the vehicle leasing sector in Greece, has launched new digital services to provide its customers with additional levels of security and transparency, and to reduce wait times.

The company has adopted new technologies and automated procedures to diversify its services, upgrade the customer experience and reduce its environmental footprint.

During the last three months, the new digital services of Autohellas-Herz allow customers to:

– digitally sign documents on a touch screen, while all information and card bills are automatically transferred to their electronic contract.

– read the summary of their digital contract, take advantage of the extra services offered by the company and, based on their personal preferences, improve the overall experience of their trip.

– enjoy a contactless payment process without the use of debit and credit cards.

– receive their digital contract and invoice automatically to their email.

Combined with the company’s online check-in service, the digital services upgrade the overall experience and minimize wait times, as customers can pick up their vehicle within minutes from the start of the process.

“By using the full potential of technology, we design and offer new products and digital services to serve our customers with efficiency and safety. Through the electronic signature process and the online check-in service, we significantly strengthen our product line and respond to the need for immediate and contactless procedures, that today are more imperative than ever,” said Dimitris Maggioros, deputy general manager at Authohellas-Hertz.
