• Collaborate with outpatients and city hospitals if needed.
• Cooperation with external disinfection workshops as long as it is deemed necessary.

Rooms
In all rooms, guests will find a welcome package with personal items, antiseptic, cleaning products, personal items and soft drinks. All non-essential items, such as magazines, brochures, laundry bags, bathrobes and decorative pillows, have been removed.

Check in / Check out
The check out of guests takes place at 11 am while check in has been transferred to 3pm in order for all rooms to be cleaned thoroughly.

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of swimming pool areas has increased and disinfectants suitable for the current situation are used in the water.

Breakfast
Changes have been made to the way breakfast is served, giving guests the opportunity to dine either in their room or in the breakfast dining area after having informed the reception. Product temperature control is stricter. All tables are covered with disposable tablecloths and the silverware, which is replaced frequently, can be found on table. In the breakfast area, strict hygiene and distance measures are are followed by all employees.
