Miraggio Kassandra Run 2020 in Halkidiki Set for October

The five-star Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, for the second year is organizing the Half Marathon Miraggio Kassandra Run event, which will take place in Halkidiki, northern Greece, on October 11.

According to an announcement, the event will include two running routes: The 21km half-marathon and a 5km race.

Half Marathon

Registration fee for the 21km race is 15 euros per person and includes water, Coca-Cola, electrolytes, T-shirt, bib number, timing chip, first aid, energy snack, banana, medal and stretching workout.

The half marathon will award five winners in the men’s and five in the women’s category. Trophies will be awarded to the top three winners:

• 1st place for men and women → 3 nights half-board hotel stay,
• 2nd place for men and women → 2 nights half-board hotel stay,
• 3rd place for men and women → 1 night half-board hotel stay,
• 4th place for men and women → 1 spa voucher worth €100,
• 5th place for men and women → 1 spa voucher worth €50.

Short route

Registration fee for the 5km race is 5 euros. There will be four age groups of men and women (5-20, 21-35, 36-50, 50+). The race ticket includes water, T-shirt, bib number, timing chip, first aid, energy snack, banana, medal and stretching workout.

The awards are:

• 1st place for men and women in every age category → 1 night hotel stay, breakfast included,
• 2nd place for men and women in every age category → 1 spa voucher worth €50,
• 3rd place for both men and women in every age category → 1 complimentary Water Source Journey.

The time limit for the 21km and 5km routes will be 4 hours and 1.5 hours respectively.

The final date for registrations is September 11, 2020.

Part of the proceeds – €1 from each ticket sold – will be donated to charity.
