Booking Management Company ‘Upgraded’ Steps in to Assist Hospitality Professionals

In only two years since its launch, Upgraded, a Greek hospitality reservations management company, is seeing its portfolio of small hotels and lodgings take off.

Focused on offering booking management services, Upgraded undertakes the task to upgrade a hotel’s booking process and operation; and also boost its online image.

“We undertake the complete management of a hotel’s reservations, whether it concerns direct bookings or are made through OTA’s,” the company’s management said in an announcement.

The company already counts a number of partnerships with small hotels and lodgings throughout Greece in destinations duch as Athens, Evia, Andros, Tinos and Aracova.

The company also offers services focused on marketing (creating a professional online image for partners) and consulting (organizing the operation of properties to meet the needs and standards of the modern traveler).

“Having a professional booking management system, direct communication with customers and an attractive online image are crucial factors for small hotels and lodgings to increase their reservations and their success. However, accommodation owners often lack the time, expertise, money, or ability to keep up with developments… And this is where we step in,” management said.

The company handles all reservation procedures in a professional manner, creates a professional online image and carries out fast and direct communication with all guests.

Upgraded is located on 12, K. Gardeli Street, Marousi in Athens.
