The Poseidonion Grand Hotel, located on the island of Spetses, has partnered with the award-winning “Baba Au Rum” bar, aiming to offer a premium fine drinking experience to its guests during the upcoming summer season.
“Having developed a unique gastronomic identity over the past few years, the Poseidonion family welcomes this new partnership with Baba Au Rum as the perfect combination of flavors.”
The 2019 summer season will begin with a special Easter pop-up bar, to run from April 27-29, in Poseidonion Grand Hotel’s lobby. Signature cocktails created by the Baba Au Rum team will be served in the atmospheric surroundings of the historic hotel.
Furthermore, a number of events will be taking place throughout the summer period, to mark the 10-year anniversaries of both brands: Poseidonion Grand Hotel counts 10 years since its luxurious renovation, while Baba Au Rum celebrates a decade of successful operation.
Bar manager Nikos Gartzolakis, Thanos Prunarus and his associates will be curating the cocktail and spirits lists.
“Guests can look forward to a custom-made menu of unique cocktails and selected spirits served at the Library Brasserie, and the elegant Palms Bar, with the scenic views of the sunset,” the hotel’s management said.
The Poseidonion Grand Hotel first opened in 1914. Following a five-year restoration program the hotel reopened its doors in 2009 to welcome new and returning visitors from Greece and abroad. It comprises of two buildings with superior and deluxe rooms and suites, several with private gardens or balconies.
