Louis Hotels Adds New Luxury ‘Ivi Mare’ to its Portfolio in Cyprus

As part of its strategy to invest in quality properties in the Mediterranean, Louis Hotels is adding another luxury hotel to its portfolio with the rental and management of the Louis Ivi Mare, which is currently under construction in Paphos, Cyprus.

The Ivi Mare will be the newest member of Louis Hotels’ Elegant Collection of state-of-the-art hotels and the 25^th member of the chain. It will open its doors in May 2019 on the beach of Kato Paphos in Cyprus, in close distance to major sites near the harbor of Paphos and with many amenities available.

“The Louis Ivi Mare will be the perfect oasis for visitors seeking a premium and luxurious Mediterranean holiday,” Louis Hotels said in an announcement. “With its blend of exquisite personal service, tasteful décor, spacious rooms and dedicated quiet areas, guests will enjoy elegance, comfort and style in a unique environment.”

The hotel will boast different types of rooms and suites, some with a private jacuzzi on the balcony, as well as multiple swimming pools and restaurants.

Other luxury services will include a wedding gazebo, indoor and outdoor bars, a spa, gym and steam room, as well as children’s facilities.

The Ivi Mare will operate on a Half-Board Plus basis, offering guests a buffet breakfast at its main restaurant and dinner at any of its three restaurants including Elliniko Ouzomezedopoleio and Akakiko Easy Japanese Dining. Premium drinks will also be included.

Louis’ new luxury hotel follows the successful opening in summer 2018 of Louis Paphos Breeze, an Ultra All Inclusive Resort in Paphos, ideal for families and couples, which is part of the Louis Hotels Premium Family Collection.
