‘Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort’ Introduces New Apleton Kosher Restaurant

The Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort in Heraklion, on Crete, recently announced the opening of the Apleton Kosher Restaurant, the latest addition to its collection of restaurants.

“Upholding our commitment to develop and advance the services provided to our guests, Apleton Restaurant will welcome you during your stay at Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort,” the resort’s management said in an announcement.

Strictly Kosher and supervised by the Beth Din of Nice (Rav Shimon Benagou), the restaurant offers breakfast and lunch buffets, a la carte service for dinner and also half board packages.

Opening in early August, Apleton is located in the center of the resort, with a sunny interior area and an outdoor terrace overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia.

“We want this restaurant to be a place of conviviality for our kosher-keeping guests, serving them delightful flavors that are prepared with quality products, provided by certified kosher distributors from France,” management said.

In addition, the resort offers a catering service for the organization of events (bar-mitzvahs, weddings, seminars, etc.).

“With more than fifteen years of experience in this field, our chef will make every effort to enhance your receptions!”

The Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort is a 5-star deluxe hotel complex placed on a private peninsula surrounded by a luscious Botanical Garden of 167.000 square meters.

The property is located 20 minutes from the city and the International Airport of Heraklion and next to the traditional fishing village of Aghia Pelagia.
