According to a survey conducted by Jet2holidays, the Creta Maris Beach Resort scored high in customer satisfaction and overall received positive feedback from guests. “Customers rated Creta Maris’ staff services as the best among all other participants,” the resort’s management said in an announcement.
The award was given to the resort’s management team by Jet2holidays’ resort manager, Louisa Tsikouthe and destination manager for Crete, Tracy Lea.
The tour operator’s representatives highlighted the high importance of the award and congratulated Creta Maris’ general manager, Nikos Vlassiadis and assistant general manager, Michalis Roussakis, for the excellent management and exceptional services offered.
