Spyrou Philoxenia Adds Hotels in Grevena and Halkida to Portfolio

Hotel management company Spyrou Philoxenia has welcomed the new year with new partnerships, as it recently added two new hotels, located in Grevena and Halkida, to its growing portfolio of properties.

According to an announcement, the four-star Don Constantino Hotel & Spa, located in Polineri in Grevena, northern Greece, is one of the new members of Spyrou Philoxenia. Operating year-round the hotel includes an outdoor pool and a restaurant serving traditional Greek cuisine. The Don Constantino Hotel & Spa is located near the ski center of Vasilitsa, as well as the town of Metsovo and the imposing Meteora rocks.

Furthermore, The Marble Resort in Halkida, on the island of Evia, features luxury villas with lush gardens and modern facilities. Operating throughout the year, it also includes a pool, a bar with sunloungers and umbrellas, barbeque facilities and a private parking area. The resort is located near the Alykes Beach in the Northern Evian Gulf.

“All member hotels of Spyrou Philoxenia were recently presented at the World Travel Market in London and will be further promoted at future international exhibitions,” Giorgos Michalis, general director of Spyrou Hotels and Spyrou Philoxenia, said.

“Our aim is to promote many different regions of Greece as holiday destinations for all seasons,” he added.

Operating six properties on the island of Skopelos, also managing reservations and sales for other properties around Greece, Spyrou Philoxenia is planning to further expand its portfolio in 2018 with new partnerships, which are expected to be announced shortly.
