Entrada Welcomes ‘Key Tours’ to its Network

Key Tours, a leading Greek travel agency that offers tours and excursions in Athens and throughout Greece, has joined the network of Entrada, a global central reservation and travel sales system.

Entrada operates a “many-to-many” function in which travel professionals can buy, sell and resell products simultaneously, through a single and central platform. The services of Entrada are addressed to travel agents, incoming and outgoing tour operators, travel wholesalers and online travel agents.

Key Tours was founded in 1963 when a number of Greek travel agents decided to join forces το create a sightseeing operator in an aim to organize sightseeing tours and cruises of high quality. Over the years the travel agency has been organizing excursions for hundreds of Greek and foreign tour operators.

Moreover, since its foundation, Key Tours has been an exclusive supplier of sightseeing tours and excursions to American Express International and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

“Key Tours’ main goal is to offer – besides its own organised tours – excursions all over Greece organised by selected local suppliers that follow our idea of quality, value and high-standard tours and allow visitors to ‘unravel’ the fascination of Greece,” the company said in an announcement.

According to an announcement, Key Tours serves over 60,000 visitors to Greece annually through a number of scheduled excursions and other tours on a private/tailor-made basis. The company distributes its tours via 500 contracted agents and some 100 hotel front desks.

The Entrada platform has been launched by Ahead RM, a company that specializes in innovative business solutions and services, especially in providing internet software solutions and online services.
