The campaign includes professional-done brochures, all with exceptionally well done, original and excellent advertising creations, and a well-designed and informative Internet site (www.athensattica.com).
The advertising program, entitled “Surprise Yourself in Athens/Attica,” includes extraordinary artwork. The promotion brochures, under the theme “Athens A Point to Remember,” are not only highly professional but also eye-catching.
Haralambos Maniatis, general secretary of the Attica Region Authority, said during the launch of the campaign that our objective is the complete and timely dissemination of all available tourism services and information on entertainment and travel choices in Athens-Attica Region.
Our efforts are designed, he said, to remind everyone the exceptional travel destination of Athens-Attica, to offer unique choices both to visitors and to worldwide travel industry professionals, and to keep visitors up to date with useful information about entertainment and travel throughout all tourist destinations within Athens-Attica. “It is a fact that the successful organization and holding of the 2004 Olympic Games gave rise to today’s structure of tourism services,” he said, “but the Athens-Attica region does not intend to rest on the laurels that the Greek people and the nation so deservedly earned.”
