KLM Passengers Explore Meal Options with Online Service

As part of its efforts to provide its customers with efficient high-quality services, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is offering information on the dining options of passengers on intercontinental flights, through the website lightguide.klm.com.

By visiting the website, Economy class travelers can easily see the menu options available on board the aircraft, as well as the time the meals are served.

“It is all about fulfilling the desire of our passengers for more options and control,” KLM said in an announcement.

The website provides detailed information on the food and drinks served, while KLM customers also have access to interesting facts regarding their flight, such as the name of the aircraft and passenger capacity. “This way, customers can have fun while preparing for their trip,” the company said.

The airline will soon offer information on the menu of Business class passengers on European flights.

KLM is currently flying to 145 destinations worldwide. Passengers can easily travel to other destinations through connecting flights at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, which is KLM’s hub.
