Melia Athens Renews Deal for Operations, Management

The Muskita Group through GM Hotel – Tourist Enterprises SA renewed its collaboration with Spanish chain Melia Hotels International for the operation of the Melia Athens this week.

Following extensive negotiations, the new deal is based on “mutual trust” with the contract taking effect November 1. The two companies have been working together since 2008, when Melia Hotels International entered a leasing agreement with GM Hotel – Tourist Enterprises SA for the Melia Athens, located on central Halkokondili St. 

Under the new deal, the owning company is responsible for Melia Athens’ operations and Melia Hotels International for the management, paving the way for a “stronger collaboration and a future of further growth”.
