Greek Air Traffic Controllers Announce Strike Action

flights-cancelledGreece’s air traffic controllers have announced that they will begin four 24-hour rolling strikes on Sunday, October 9, in protest over a draft law regarding changes to the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.

Specifically, the air traffic controllers will strike on Sunday (October 9), Monday (October 10),  Wednesday (October 12) and Thursday (October 13) from 00:01 until 23:59. On those days no flights will run in or out of Greece.

According to reports, the air traffic controllers are demanding that some articles of the draft law be withdrawn.
