Four Greek water parks are included in the Top 25 of the 2018 Travelers’ Choice Awards for Amusement and Water Parks in Europe, released by TripAdvisor.
Local hotel enterprise Esperia has created Greece's biggest and some claim most beautiful water park. The complex covers some 80,000 square meters at the Faliraki area on the island of Rodos, and is just 10 kilometers from the Esperos Palace hotel.
Construction on a major league tourism and recreation park in the Athens area gets underway next month. The 18-billion-drachma "Star City" venture covers some 278,000 square meters of beachfront property in the Athens suburb of Glyfada.
