Business Travel Coalition: Travel Industry Rejects Lufthansa Group €16 Surcharge

The Business Travel Coalition has submitted a letter to Lufthansa Group in which it rejects the airline’s plans to implement a 16-euro surcharge on any tickets not purchased through Lufthansa’s website or ticket offices.
