Ryanair Οpens Νew Hub Οn Chania, Crete

Irish low-cost airline Ryanair on Thursday, 25 April, opened its first Greek hub on Chania, Crete. Until October 2013, Chania Airport “Ioannis Daskalogiannis” will serve 26 European destinations with 106 flights per week and a total of 500,000 passengers.

Ryanair And Athens Airport Butt Heads Over High Charges

Irish low-cost airline Ryanair said recently that it could bring 10 million tourists to Greece over the next three years if Athens International Airport (AIA) would reduce the air passenger duty for new connections to and from Athens.
