Ms. Kalpidou emphasized that one of the negative aspects of social media is that it is almost impossible to control the content on blogs. She explained that as many hoteliers expressed their discontent to the fact that some hotel owners pose as customers and post fictitious comments on blogs in order to lure in more clientele.
