Luxury Hospitality 2014 “The Quest for Luxury Experiences” will look at ways to rethink the concept of luxury, from design to service, and from business models to new consumers.
The International New York Times and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne will once again convene an exclusive gathering of top industry executives to explore what the new hospitality market looks like, how technology is facilitating changes in the hospitality space and how the essentials of service and design are evolving.
This year, in conjunction with the Mediterranean Luxury Travel Summit, there is an additional day of content focused on the opportunities that the Mediterranean region can offer to the luxury travel industry.
The first Luxury Hospitality Conference, which took place in Lausanne on June 6, 2013, gathered over 200 top international executives working in the luxury hospitality industry to address the opportunities and challenges being faced by the luxury hospitality community, as well as answering the key question what does the word luxury mean today.
