The KITE Parade Festival will be held for the first time in Greece on June 10-11, at the wonderful beach of Schinias.
During the two-day festival, an unexpected group of giant colorful kites will parade in the sky, creating an “aerial” dream. Squids, “clown” fishes, sea swarms, jellyfishes, skates, hippo campus, prehistoric trilobites and a dozen of colorful octopuses, along with other unusual kites will fly above the beach, offering a unique visual experience.
The octopus is the festival’s honored species, as it is connected to the Greek sea and will offer a unique spectacle when “flying”. However, the experience will be beyond the visual part, as visitors will have the chance to fly their own huge kites and more.
The event is addressed to everyone and there is no admission fee.
