As one of the most influential B2B fairs focusing on outbound travel, inbound travel and M.I.C.E., Guangzhou International Travel Fair (GITF) receives wide attention among the tourism industry since its first session 26 years ago.
It is recognized as a best way to get into the vast China market as well as a gate to diversified international markets by rooting in Guangdong, the largest tourist-source market of China.
As the most influential travel trade fair in Southern China, GITF has attracted 956 tourist service providers from 45 countries and regions to join and demonstrate. Such exhibitors come from various areas and they provide the most comprehensive and latest products and services for the buyers to purchase.
In 2019 GITF attracted 1,042 exhibitors from 55 countries and regions, and covered a total display area of 36,000 sqm. The three-day event has received 39,766 trade visitors, an increase of 6.51% compared to the last session, and 819 of them were VIP buyers.
During the 3-day event, more than 20 seminars and new product presentations were held to provide a one-stop platform for buyers to get diversified tourism information and explore business cooperation.
