Valley Greens: Costa Navarino Expands Residential Portfolio with New Neighborhood
Costa Navarino, the sustainably driven destination in the Greek region of Messinia, southwest Peloponnese, is expanding its residential portfolio available for sale and introducing a new neighborhood: Valley Greens.
Located amidst a pristine beachfront location in the Navarino Dunes area, Valley Greens is part of the Costa Navarino Residences portfolio.
According to an announcement by Greek developer TEMES, the parent company of Costa Navarino, the new neighborhood will feature three different types of turn-key villas: semi-detached ranging from 135 to 250 sq. m. with two-three bedrooms, and detached villas from 300sq.m with four bedrooms, with many villas featuring private pools.
All villas have views of the olive groves, the lush Messinian flora, and the Ionian Sea.
The new properties, designed by the Greek architectural offices Kokkinou & Kourkoulas Architects and Zoumboulakis Architects, are now available for sale, with construction due for completion in 2026.
The villas follow the sustainable development guidelines of Costa Navarino and are based on bioclimatic architecture principles, featuring planted roofs, smart home automation systems, and energy saving technology.
