Esperas Santorini Hotel Sees Remarkable Growth in KPIs After Partnering with RevitUp
Greek revenue management company Revitup.direct and the Esperas Santorini these days are celebrating a two-year collaboration which led to the hotel recording remarkable growth in its key performance indicators (KPIs).
“Our collaboration with the Esperas Santorini yields exciting results,” Revitup said in an announcement.
A 4-star hotel in Oia and a member of the Historic Hotels of Europe, the Esperas Santorini joined forces with Revitup two years ago looking to boost its position in the highly competitive hospitality industry of Santorini.
According to data provided by Revitup, the development is reflected directly in quantitative and measurable growth metrics (2020/2021 vs 2021/2022).
During the two-year period, innovative digital marketing strategies, data-driven and revenue management practices were implemented and led to significant improvements in vital KPIs with Esperas’ website becoming the largest sales channel and visits having surged by 118 percent.
“This is thanks to a brand-new website, designed and developed specifically for the hotel’s needs with seamless sales channels integration… As a result, website revenue has risen by 29.30 percent, reflecting a strong commitment to delivering the perfect balance between competitive pricing and optimal revenue generation,” Revitup said.
Reflecting on this increase, the average daily room rate (ADR) grew by 10.80 percent and total nights booked rose by 64.50 percent, demonstrating the hotel’s enhanced appeal to travelers seeking a luxury stay on Santorini.
Direct bookings up by 79.40%
In general, direct bookings have grown by a whopping 79.40 percent, underlining the success of the marketing and sales team’s efforts for a seamless booking experience.
Moreover, total digital revenue also saw an impressive 82.30 percent rise, showcasing the effectiveness of RevitUp’s targeted marketing campaigns and optimized booking processes.
