Grivalia Hospitality, a leading investment company in the luxury hospitality sector, on Thursday announced that Avant Mar, its new 5-star hotel in Naoussa, Paros, will officially open its doors in July and welcome guests for the first time.
Located on Piperi beach, the new beachfront hotel fuses unique architecture with Cycladic authenticity and will aim to upgrade the tourism offering of Paros, providing a hospitality experience of very high standards for both Greek and foreign visitors.
“Our vision is to bring a high-level product to the Greek market and upgrade each destination we invest in and offer unique experiences to visitors,” Grivalia Hospitality President & CEO George Chrysikos said during a media event.
An investment of 30 million euros that included the renovation of the former 3-star Piperi hotel and development of a land plot in the property, Avant Mar has a capacity of 38 spacious luxury rooms with direct sea views and suites with private plunge pools.
The 5-star establishment covers 6,100 square meters of land and will feature internationally renowned signature restaurant “Matsuhisa”, a beachfront Greek restaurant (Thymes) with a separate entrance for non-hotel guests, other F&b areas, retail shops, spa and gym.
