HotelBrain Opens the Doors to New Hotels Added to Portfolio on Kos
HotelBrain Group, the largest hotel group in Greece, recently opened the doors of the five new hotels added to its portfolio on Kos.
The announcement follows a strategic partnership launched with the Kipriotis Group, which involves the long-term lease of all five of Kipriotis’ hotels on the island, namely Kipriotis Village Resort, Kipriotis Maris Suites, Kipriotis Village Resort, Kipriotis Panorama Aqualand and Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites.
The five hotels feature a total of 1,500 rooms (4,500 beds) and two conference centers that can host up to 7,500 delegates.
The hotels opened their doors for the 2023 season in late April following a blessing ceremony attended by HotelBrain Group President and Founder Panos Palaeologos, Kipriotis S.A. President and CEO Kostas Kypriotis, staff members from the five hotels and local stakeholders.
During the ceremony, Kypriotis expressed his best wishes for the success of the new venture and collaboration.
According to HotelBrain, initial forecasts for the leased hotels’ bookings this season are highly encouraging.
“The year is expected to conclude with positive results, securing optimism in achieving the season’s goals,” the company said in an announcement.
“HotelBrain’s operation of the hotels has not only brought stability to the local tourism market but has also ensured the employment prospects of all hotel employees… Ιt also contributes to the local economy by sustaining jobs in various regional activities associated with the smooth functioning of the hotels, such as catering and technical support.”
HotelBrain Group currently manages a portfolio of over 95 privately owned hotels, including some 7,300 rooms, in more than 39 destinations throughout Greece. The hotels are either directly owned or operated through long-term leases. Additionally, HotelBrain Group offers comprehensive hotel management services to an additional 100 third-party hotels.
The new additions to HotelBrain’s portfolio on Kos are expected to further solidify the group’s prominent position in the hospitality industry.
“Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service, HotelBrain Group continues to be at the forefront of Greece’s thriving tourism sector,” the company said.
