Halkidiki: Four Investors Interested to Develop Seaside Land Plot
The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (HRADF or TAIPED in Greek) recently announced that four investors have submitted binding offers for the development of a land plot in Nea Herakleia, Halkidiki, Northern Greece.
The seaside property covers approximately 27 acres and is located in the central part of Halkidiki, between Nea Herakleia and Nea Kallikratia. Located on the beach called ‘Golden Amoudia’ and surrounded by the Thermaikos Gulf, the property has a coastline length of about 530 meters and is within a Residential Control Zone.
The property is 45 km away from the city of Thessaloniki, 31 km from the city’s international airport “Makedonia” and 27 km from Nea Moudania.
Offers for its development were submitted by AJS SEAS SA, KENTEPOZIDIS BROS AND CO., Leonidas Kentepozidis and Light Blue Luxury Rooms Single Member PC.
According to HRADF, the process of evaluating the bids as to the fulfillment of the criteria in accordance with the terms of the tender will begin immediately, while the financial offers will be unsealed at a subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors of the fund.
In the tender process for the development of the property, HRADF has appointed Nexus Law as legal advisor and MTC Group as technical advisor.
HRADF is a member of Growthfund, the national fund of Greece.
